MEET THE FIRST EVER MRS NIGERIA UNITED NATIONS.

Ebelechukwu Chinelo, has been married for 7 years now (May 3, 2008) to the most loving and supportive husband, Mr. Emeka Enemchukwu. Aside being a devoted wife, she is equally a mother to three adorable children – two daughters and a son.

She holds two degrees – a B.Sc. in Microbiology and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.).

She works as a Training Specialist with Globacom Limited, a Telecommunications Company in Lagos, Nigeria.

She is member of the Confraternity Of Christian Mothers in the Catholic Church Of The Transfiguration, Victoria Garden City (V.C.G.), Lagos, Nigeria, where she has been very active in the Church’s humanitarian activities such as : visits to Prisons, feeding of destitutes in poor suburbs, raising of funds to support widows and orphans, and most recently, raising of money and materials for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) arising from the Boko Haram menace in the North-Eastern part of Nigeria especially in Borno State.

Currently, the most significant development in her life is the fact that she just clinched the MRS UNITED NATIONS NIGERIA title and therefore a contestant for the World title in the Mrs Category. By God’s grace, she hopes to win this and promote the Pageant System, as well as her Platform/Pet Project called the W.A.B.I.O. Foundation.

W.A.B.I.O. here is an acronym which represents Women Are Beautiful Inside and Out. This platform basically seeks to restore and sustain the confidence, the self-esteem/self-worth and life ambition of girls and women which may have been dented or even lost following unwanted pregnancies. This is in line with the third Millennium Development Goal of promoting gender equality and empowering women. The Platform is currently in its formative stage (awareness creation).
