Guest Post :The Baby Mama and Baby Daddy Trend.

Hello lovelies,
Happy midweek to you all. How has the week been treating you?  Fine i guess!!!!
Friday is around the corner again it still baffles me that in less than 3weeks we would have entered the "ember" month. Hmmmmm wasn't it just yesterday we said "happy new year ???

Okay enough of how time flies and runs faster than Ben Johnson. Let's talk about the topic of the day..
I received this writeup from a blog visitor some days ago. When i read through it i can't help but laugh it's so hilarious.. Hope you also enjoy reading?

Who has ever heard of the phrase "She carry belle"? For those that haven't it simply means a young girl that got pregnant outside wedlock.
This brings me to my second question. How many of us knows that it's the same as baby mama of these days?. I remember a girl that "carry belle" in my secondary school days.. The stigma alone made her friends to deny her. Friends that sat on the same row with her that they were buying ice cream together during break denied that they weren't friends..hmmm it was that shameful. These days girls/ladies of all sizes and beauty fight tooth and nail to become baby mama for some guy and even come on social media to flaunt and brag about it.
Where has morals gone to? Has dignity gotten another meaning? Biko morals has gone on leave for too long i think it's time it resumes duty..
What was once a thing of shame and disgrace is now a thing of pride in this generation.. Is this a result of desperation or pressure?
I agree that 99.9% of girls don't even know how to tie wrapper, it's fine! i also agree that no real bea fixes a 3in1 weavon again. Brazilian, Peruvian and the likes have taken over. i can deal! but please let's allow the younger generation know that they are Africans let us not totally loose our root all in the name of civilization.
What do you think of this?????

Waiting to read your comments..

  1. Lol. I concur! I can't wait for make-up to become old school. The hype is beyond my imagination. Ladies sha like artificial beauty. Let's embrace the natural beauty within us.

  2. Abeg, Baby mama and the one wey carry belle no be same. If you carry belle like they say most times, you do when you were small like a teenager but babymama knows wsp.some get preggy with the intention to hook the guy down or at times you keep bearing children for the guy even though he hasn't put the ring on it. Infact you both live as husband as wife without a real marriage

I think for some people, it has to do with their upbringing. Shey me that know the kind of father I have will now get preggy for one guy? When he won't marry me? Where is my own pride? Some are mistakes oh yes but what about others? Biko, they love their life like that. Infact, the babymama tingy is in vogue so they must follow the trend lol

    1. I kinda agree with Chinco bee on this. The truth is that most ladies of nowadays have lost their morals to the things of the world, forgetting that not all that glitters is gold.

  6. Well i think it's the present generation . Where bad publicity is good publicity ,as long as it gets them the attention they so desperately need then morals can go to hell. The mere fact that they brag about it to friends and to followers on Social Media says it all. Good read and a great post.

  10. Every child deserves love and care despite the circumstances of their birth.
I can't judge anyone who is a baby mama why because ladies at some point in a relationship 'start building castles in the air' not knowing that the guy is going a different direction. When pregnancy comes would you rather abort it?
Whatever happens we should be careful with the choices we make.
