HOW UNHEALTHY DIET CAN CAUSE STRESS..

The stress of everyday life can be exasperated by a poor diet. Sometimes simple changes in habits have the potential to provide a balanced life. Experts say stress can be overcome through a combination of healthy habits such as eating a balanced diet, increasing physical activity and getting plenty of rest.

Researchers claim that eating every three hours, quietly in a peaceful environment, can ward off stress. In addition, good behaviors are to avoid some foods that increase stress.
Foods that are considered allies of stress are manufactured and processed foods, soft drinks, alcohol, yellow cheese, refined carbohydrates (such as bread, cakes and pasta with white flour), coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate.

Remember to eat adequate amounts of green vegetables, fruits, healthy grains and nuts.  It is recommended to consult a nutritionist who can provide professional advice to help develop a specialized diet.

    2. Molola just eat plenty of junks e.g chocolates,icreams,burger,pizza eith plenty of toppings etc with glasses or infact drink a whole pack of milk like dutch lady..dayumm some fattening agent.. Or better still go to calabar land so they will lock you up in a fattening room..hope this helps..LMAO
